Depression Psychologist in San FranciscoI appreciate that the decision to undertake psychotherapy is difficult and that therapy requires a great deal of emotional as well as financial investment. My primary objective is to provide and maintain a safe and confidential environment which will facilitate our working as a team to resolve your problems.

I expect no one to make such an important decision based upon one meeting, and as such I normally suggest that we meet three or four times before either of us is able to make a full commitment to work together to resolve your problems and achieve your goals. Please keep in mind that it is my goal to provide you with a service that meets your needs.

Toward this end I encourage you to ask many questions by phone, e-mail or in person, before committing to this process with me. I will do my utmost to demystify the process for you and to answer all your questions. To make that easier I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation.
